This privacy policy explains what personal data Kinkyx-latex (operated by Rubber K) collects, why, for how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights. It complements our legal notice and terms of sale.

Data we collect

We collect the data you provide when creating your account (identity, company, contact details), placing orders (billing and delivery addresses), submitting a custom-manufacturing request (project description, attached photos), and technical data related to your account activity (logins, pages viewed) for admin-side activity tracking.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is processed to: manage your business account and access to pricing (contract performance); process and deliver your orders and issue invoices (contract performance and accounting obligations); respond to your custom-manufacturing requests (contract performance); secure the site and monitor account activity (legitimate interest); and, if you opt in, send you our reseller newsletter (consent, revocable at any time).

Recipients

Your data may be shared with our service providers, only as needed to deliver the service: Stripe (card payments), Boxtal (shipping), Dolibarr (invoicing), our email provider, and our host Infomaniak (Switzerland — recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection). These providers only use your data to perform their service.

Retention periods

Account data is kept while your account is active. Billing data is kept for 10 years under accounting obligations. Login and browsing logs are kept for a maximum of 13 months. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

The site only uses a cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in to your account (session). No audience-measurement or advertising cookie is currently used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it.
